I was invited to experience Bar Bleu at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando. All opinions are my own.
This was my first time at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando and I am eager to go back. The venue, food, and drinks were all amazing (which I’ll dive into shortly), but the customer service was fantastic! From the valet attendees to the bartender to the chef, I was impressed. The Ritz-Carlton Orlando is the perfect place to getaway and ideal host for a girls weekend. I’ve been chatting with some of my favorite ladies about staying near the attractions, but just far away enough to truly relax; this is the place for that! You don’t have to stay on property to enjoy the amazing food and drinks though. Let’s look at what end of summer pool side celebrating at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando looks like.
Bar Bleu is an area beside the pool with a stunning view of the greenery of the property as well. This is a hidden gem in many ways, because this is a great spot for many things for Orlando based locals. The back of the hotel view was stunning and when you add in a pool and greenery it’s a picture perfect spot.
I had a bestie join me for the evening and we kicked off the fun evening by listening to live music and watching an ice sculptor work his magic. In Florida fashion he carved a flamingo. How fantastic is that?! Check with The Ritz-Carlton property to see when they will be hosting another event to get a ticket asap! We stopped and watched him work a few times with lots of oooo and awww’s happening around us. Next up we visited the taco bar!
The chef and food attendants were some of the nicest most welcoming people on property. When I asked how I should put on my taco they immediately started preparing one for me the signature Ritz-Carlton way. This was hands down one of my most favorite tacos. When they suggest something, try it! I’ll be back just for the tacos. There was also Bleu salad (mixed greens, feta, tomatoes, spiced tostone, quinoa radish, pickled onion, passion fruit dressing) Conch Fritters, Ceviche (ahi tuna, avocado, mango salsa, plantain chips), and a taco dessert bar on hand. I mean, how delicious does all of that sound?! See why you should visit just for the food options?
We were handed a Pina Colada as we entered the pool area; a common summer time sip and so pretty too! We also tried the froze and signature watermelon cooler. The watermelon cooler is one of the best refreshing cocktails I have ever had. If you’re looking for a poolside sip search no further, friends. Tacos with a watermelon cooler is perfection. Did I mention I can’t wait to return to celebrating the rest of summer poolside? wink
End of Summer Celebrating at The Ritz Carlton Orlando
So what do you think? Have I convinced you to visit The Ritz-Carlton Orlando for a girls date poolside? If you’ve stayed on property before did you take advantage of the amazing food and adore the staff as we did? I think we became besties with our bartender. Cheers to many more days of summer even though it will be “officially” fall soon. *Be sure to pin the image below to reference for your next girls trip or family trip to the Orlando area!
