King’s Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
1/4 cup of sugared almonds (optional, recipe here)
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 stick of butter (melted)
Preheat oven to 350.
Dice up King’s Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread
Combine sugars, eggs and cinnamon sugar
Toss the bread in the combined ingredients coating as evenly as possible
Add in blueberries and give the mixture one final toss
Place the bread in a sprayed bundt pan
Combine pecans and melted butter then pour over the top of the bread
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Allow pan to cool and invert to release bread
Break monkey bread into large bite size pieces
Plate bites, serve and enjoy!
