This post is in partnership with Socialstars sponsored by Sweet’N Low® to share a warm sip perfect for celebrating the beginning of fall! #DontHesitaste
Happy Friday! I’m gearing up for Blog Fete tomorrow and so very excited. Like, super excited about this years event. Be sure to follow us on Instagram during the event. Before I sign off for this weekends blog festivities I’m sharing a chocolate pumpkin pie latte with almond milk. You know how I feel about Fall, all things pumpkin and my mad love for coffee. Grab the recipe details below and get ready for the Fall season!
I’m really getting into using Sweet’N Low in my sips and desserts. It’s a zero calorie sweetener that let’s me enjoy my favorite sweet treats without the extra calories. It’s diabetic friendly too. Zero calories? Yes, please add Sweet’N Low to all my drinks. Wink.
Let’s whip up this fall inspired latte, friends!
6 oz of freshly brewed coffee
8 packs of Sweet’N Low
1/2 cup of pumpkin (canned)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 cups of almond milk
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Whipped cream for topping
Brew coffee and set aside.
Combine almond milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Heat on medium to low and continue to stir for several minutes. The pumpkin pie spice may lump ever slightly, continue to stir until well blended while heating.
Add in chocolate chips and continue to stir mixture for several additional minutes.
Add in coffee and Sweet’N Low packets. Remove from heat.
Pour into 4 coffee mugs or heat safe glassware.
Add whipped topping and additional chocolate chips as garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
