Coffee! My favorite!
These cute mugs made in appearance in the pumpkin dessert table I shared early last week. They’re back and with lots more than a pretty appearance! As you might have heard I have a thing for coffee (see my Thanksgiving coffee station here). When I hear the words pumpkin flavored coffee it’s like I hear someone yelling “you just won a gift”. Pumpkin coffee is totally a gift for us all to enjoy.
Grab the pumpkin coffee recipe below to make for your favorites this holiday season. You might wanna grab a few mugs from here to put the coffee in too. Wink wink.
Whipped Pumpkin Coffee Recipe
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 cups of milk
3 tbs of pumpkin (canned)
4 tbs of sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup of freshly brewed coffee
In a pan whisk together milk, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. Allow it to heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk the mixture until it begins to foam. While continuing to whisk add the coffee into the mixture. Pour into coffee mugs; recipe calls for 2-3 coffee mugs. Top off with whip cream, a few hints of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon for garnish.
