I’ve discovered a huge love for gorgonzola cheese. Odd, right? I have never been a fan of blue cheese and just found out that this new cheese I can’t get enough of is part of the blue cheese family. Life shattered. It has a bite and is slightly salty but mixed with the right ingredients it blows my mind. I like sweet salads with fruit (the fuji chicken apple salad from Panera I eat weekly) and the combo of sweet dressings and the bite of gorgonzola cheese is like the best thing ever.
