Yep, I’m here with yet another Harry Potter display and I know you’re over the moon about it. Laura of Eye Candy Event Details sent over her Harry Potter printable collection for me to have a little fun with recently, lucky me! A large scale party isn’t always what the hostess calls for and this is why I created a mini display, to give inspiration for the small gatherings. Book club meetings, ladies nights or a small Halloween bash are all great ways to showcase a Harry Potter themed display.
I’m about to get really geeky on you. Gryffindor House is my fave house, it’s Harry, Ron and Hermione’s House and this is why I chose to just showcase Gryffindor. Laura highlights each House in the printables so make sure to take a look! The yellow and red ribbon was a simple and fun way to show off the Gryffindor House colors. Along with the printables I included my two favorite books from the series, pretzel wands, pumpkin juice and broom pens (ideal for use in potions class). I’ll be sharing the pumpkin juice recipe tomorrow so make sure to pop by back!
When it comes to entertaining your geeky guests simply have fun!
Melissa Creates was given product for this post, all opinions and display ideas are my own.
How fun! I love the little brooms.
Thanks, friend! A great find for sure.
love the ideas that you did. The printables look great with everything & I like the simple idea of doing a “mini set-up” as sometimes that’s all we need. 😉
Thanks for the love and for the fun printables!
This is great! Who doesn’t love Harry Potter? This makes me want to reread the entire series. It’s been a while.
I keep telling myself that too then I pop in a movie. 😉
Love it! I’m eagerly waiting for the pumpkin juice recipe post…
Thanks!!
Great vision. Love the execution!
Thanks so much!
So cute you guys!! I have to be honest, I have never seen the movies or read the books. Will you still speak to me? Fun collab!
Gasp! I suppose I will speak to you…. 😉
Thanks for breaking the ice, Sharon. I’ve never read or seen a bit of HP, but can appreciate a simple set up. I dream of going a more simple direction..thanks for the reminder of how well it can work.
Thanks. I totally appreciate love from peeps who haven’t seen or read about it, means my dispaly wasn’t too bad. 😉
xoxo
Oh, how I *love* this! And I know a certain tween who would, too!
(Your photos are perfection!)
Thanks so much! 🙂
I love this all!
I heart HP so bad. Love how this turned out. And I must try that pumpkin juice. They are going to open HP at the Universal Studios here in CA someday and I CANNOT WAIT.
Oh my gosh I hope it happens soon you’ll love it! I can’t get enough of it here in Orlando. 😉
